These Terms of Service govern use of the ZWILLING storefront and purchases made through it.
Store use
Customers must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability, or other users.
Product and order information
We work to present accurate descriptions, images, options, prices, and availability. An order is subject to acceptance, inventory, payment authorization, and the information shown at checkout.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in CAD. Applicable charges are presented during checkout. Payment authorization may be controlled by the selected provider or issuing institution.
Delivery
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days after payment authorization, followed by an expected 4–6 business days in transit. These periods are separate and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
Returns and exchanges
Eligible requests can be made within 30 days after delivery. New, unused change-of-mind items and items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed can be reviewed. Approval and the correct return address are required before mailing. A free prepaid label is included in the package, and approved eligible returns have no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and inventory. Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; bank posting time is additional.
Intellectual property and consumer rights
Site content and product materials are protected by applicable rights. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
