When will my order be prepared?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment authorization.
How long does delivery take?
Transit normally takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible new and unused items, including change-of-mind purchases, may be submitted for return within 30 days after delivery. We also handle damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or misdescribed items. Exchanges are available after review and depend on inventory.
How do I begin a return?
Contact us first for approval and the accurate return destination. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing, ask us for assistance. No restocking fee applies to an approved eligible return.
When is a refund started?
After approval, a refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions can take additional time to post funds.
