We accept eligible return and exchange requests made within 30 days after delivery.
Eligible requests
New, unused items may be returned when a customer changes their mind or selects the wrong item. We also assist with products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their description. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Approval and return address
Contact fixeniratu78@gmail.com before sending anything back. After review, we will confirm approval and provide the correct return address. The store mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Prepaid label and fees
A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it is missing or unavailable, contact us for help. We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved eligible return.
Exchanges
Eligible exchange requests are accepted subject to review and available inventory.
Refund timing
After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
