Order processing
After payment authorization, orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Transit
After dispatch, delivery normally takes 4–6 business days. Carrier conditions, remote destinations, weather, and address issues can affect the actual date, so no specific arrival date is guaranteed.
Rates and destination availability
Available Canadian delivery options and any applicable charges are shown during checkout in CAD. Please review the destination and cost before placing an order.
Tracking and address accuracy
When tracking is available, it is sent with the shipment notice. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address and should contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
